Buddha Stones Tibetaanse Thangka-schilderij, helende, handgemaakte decoratie (willekeurige stijl)

Product Description

• This Tibetan thangka is hand-painted with beautiful, bright colors.
• It is the perfect addition to your interior, meditation corner, or altar.

The Role of the Thangka

• Thangkas aim to convey a message to the Buddhist practitioner or to anyone who looks at them.
Every detail has a deep meaning and refers to aspects of Buddhist philosophy. A Buddha painting can also aid in Tibetan Buddhist meditations by showing you how to visualize the deity.
• At a deeper level, thangka paintings can be seen as a visual expression of the highest state of consciousness, the ultimate goal of the Buddhist spiritual path.
• Ceremonial Use
Some Tibetan monasteries own enormous scrolls – usually appliqué thangkas – which are unrolled for public viewing and ceremony on certain holidays (such as Losar, the Tibetan New Year).
